Harp & Harp gained consent for three new houses in Chingford, replacing a single dilapidated bungalow, on a unanimous planning committee vote in December 2024.
The three family houses are reached from a new gated, landscaped pedestrian mews. Each has generous interior space — including vaulted ceilings to the upper floors — and a large private garden.
The houses are built in a warm stock brick, with arched and circular openings, a serrated roofline of pitched gables, and a low undulating garden wall that carries the same brick out to the street.
